Position: Venture Capital Liaison
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential venture capital partners who align with the company’s mission and goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with venture capital firms and individual investors to secure funding for the company’s private mission to Enceladus and future space exploration projects.
- Communicate the company’s vision, goals and progress to potential investors, and provide them with relevant financial and operational data.
- Work with the company’s leadership team to develop and present a comprehensive funding proposal to potential investors.
- Negotiate term sheets and investment agreements with venture capital firms and individual investors.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the venture capital market to identify new investment opportunities and stay up-to-date on trends and developments that may impact the company’s fundraising efforts.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Legal, to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to fundraising and investment activities.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of all fundraising activities and progress towards funding goals.
