Space and Planetary Scientist of Space Ocean Corp.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a scientific plan that aligns with the overall goals and objectives of the company, specifically the mission to Enceladus.
  2. Conduct research on the geology, geochemistry, and potential habitability of Enceladus and its ocean, to support the company’s mission.
  3. Analyze data collected during the Enceladus mission to identify potential sources of water and to determine the best methods for collecting and storing it.
  4. Work with engineering and operations teams to ensure that equipment and technology is designed to collect and store water from Enceladus in a safe and efficient manner.
  5. Collaborate with other departments such as Business Development and Marketing to communicate the scientific findings and their potential impact to internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Continuously monitor the market and industry trends, and make recommendations for changes and improvements to the company’s scientific plan.
  7. Ensure that all scientific activities are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  8. Provide technical guidance and support to the team members.
  9. Continuously evaluate the performance of scientific equipment and technology, and make recommendations for changes as needed.
  10. Develop and implement procedures for the maintenance, repair and replacement of scientific equipment and technology.
  11. Provide regular reports on the status of the scientific activities, including forecasts of future needs, to key stakeholders.
  12. Work closely with the CTO, CFO and other members of the executive team to manage the company’s scientific efforts and their financial and technical aspects.
