Role: IT Officer
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the secure and efficient operation of all IT systems and equipment involved in the mission to Enceladus, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as engineering and science, to design and implement IT systems that support the mission’s objectives.
- Develop and maintain data backup and recovery protocols to ensure the integrity and availability of mission-critical data.
- Monitor and analyze system performance to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Manage and maintain IT security protocols to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and other cyber threats.
- Plan and implement IT infrastructure upgrades to support future mission objectives and growth of the company.
- Provide technical support to all team members as needed, including troubleshooting and training.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant IT regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure the compatibility and reliability of all IT systems.
