Role: Facilities Maintenance Director
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance, repair and upkeep of all facilities and equipment used in the private mission to Enceladus
- Ensure that all equipment and facilities meet safety and regulatory standards
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and maximize the lifespan of equipment
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance and repairs around mission operations
- Manage the procurement and inventory of equipment, tools and supplies needed for maintenance and repairs
- Ensure that all maintenance and repair records are accurately maintained and accessible
- Continuously monitor and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance operations.
