Government Liaison

Position: Government Liaison

Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary point of contact between the company and government agencies, including NASA and other space-related organizations, to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
  2. Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company’s mission and operations, and communicate these changes to the relevant internal stakeholders.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key government officials and stakeholders, including representatives from NASA and other space-related organizations, to facilitate collaboration and cooperation on the mission.
  4. Assist in the preparation of grant applications, research proposals, and other funding opportunities that align with the company’s mission and goals.
  5. Attend and participate in relevant government and industry conferences, meetings, and events to promote the company’s mission and objectives.
  6. Coordinate and manage all interactions with government officials and agencies, including responding to inquiries and providing information as needed.
  7. Monitor and analyze political and legislative developments that may impact the company’s mission and objectives, and provide recommendations to the management team on how to respond.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as Legal and Marketing, to ensure that government-related activities are in line with the company’s overall strategy and goals.
