Position: Government Liaison
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and government agencies, including NASA and other space-related organizations, to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
- Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company’s mission and operations, and communicate these changes to the relevant internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key government officials and stakeholders, including representatives from NASA and other space-related organizations, to facilitate collaboration and cooperation on the mission.
- Assist in the preparation of grant applications, research proposals, and other funding opportunities that align with the company’s mission and goals.
- Attend and participate in relevant government and industry conferences, meetings, and events to promote the company’s mission and objectives.
- Coordinate and manage all interactions with government officials and agencies, including responding to inquiries and providing information as needed.
- Monitor and analyze political and legislative developments that may impact the company’s mission and objectives, and provide recommendations to the management team on how to respond.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Legal and Marketing, to ensure that government-related activities are in line with the company’s overall strategy and goals.
